My career as a professional photographer began over 25 years ago.
I began working at the Senate Photo Studio in 1988 as a lab technician and was promoted to the position of photographer within a year. I retired from the Senate in 2004 and continue to operate my Studio in Smithsburg, Maryland.
Responsibilities of a Senate Photographer included capturing historical events such as the impeachment of a sitting U.S. President and photographing official portraits of U.S. Senators and took photographs with them and their visitors from the home states.
